Today really did prove to be unlucky, friday the 1 to the 3. Blogger had been shut down for a day or two! OySorry for the lack of posts lately. I have a cold and some really bad ear aches, which makes for typing and regular photo snapping a chore, instead of it's usual awesomeness. So alas I waited till I was well to get my blog on again.

My friend just moved in to her first bachelor pad. She's the first one of us to get her own place all to herself. It was definitely neat to go over there for book club this month!

I saw Water for Elephants premiere last night at the Rom...melt [Robert Pattinson]. It is one of my favourite books, so maybe I am biased as to why I enjoyed the film so much.Everyone needs to see the movie just for the pure pleasure of seeing the circus for what is used to be in the 30's.

I made it to DC. Took these photos the day before I left, while I was packing all my awesomely wonderful spring 20 degree weather outfits! Washington actually has green grass and green on the trees in areas, and the daffodils are out all along the hwy! Washington really is such a pretty city. I have yet to see the cherry blossoms, that's on tomorrows agenda!

Spring weekend at the parents house in the country! Cleaning out the gardens (well I took photos, while mom cleaned them), taking dogs (and cats on leash, I'll take a photo next time) on walks around the house. Realizing Spring...NOT my favourite time of year.

Winning feels good. So when I won tickets to a fashion show in Toronto during fashion week. It felt good. Going to a fashion show and eating like crazy afterwards so I don't look like the models up on the runway because they look like little twigs with pointy knobs (bones) sticking out in weird positions all over, that if I blew on them, they would crumble in to dust....does not feel good.
